Settings save automatically. "Save for auto-runs" also stores them on the server for unattended cron.

- In Buffer, connect all the social accounts you own.
- In Zapier/Make, create a "Catch Hook" trigger → action "Buffer: Add to Queue". Paste that hook URL above.
- Click Save for auto-runs.
- Point any free scheduler at
